Terms & Conditions

I. Payment & Cancellation
- Strictly no cancellations once the order confirmation is sent. In the event that you wish to cancel your order(s), a cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation fee is 80% of your total claim(s).
- The down payment is PAYO (pay as you order) and non-refundable. Failure to pay the down payment will result in the forfeiture of your claim(s).
- Down payment is needed to reserve you claim(s). No down payment means the item(s) will not be reserved.
- Please be mindful of your DOPs (due of payments). A LPF (late payment fee) of 50 pesos per day will apply, for a maximum of three days. Failure to settle the remaining balance and LPF within three days will result in the cancellation of your order(s). No refund will be given.
- No payment form means no payment made.
II. Bogus Buyers, Joy Reservers, & Rude Buyers
- Please be 100% sure before transacting. Bogus buyers and joy reservers will be blocked and publicly posted online.
- I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to cancel or decline inquiries, orders, and transactions from rude buyers.
III. Photocard Condition
- All photocards are on hand unless stated otherwise. Please do not claim if you are sensitive to the condition of the photocards. You may request a video showing the condition of the photocard(s) before confirming your claim(s).
IV. Storage
- I can hold your item(s) for a maximum of 1 month from the date I receive full payment. Failure to arrange shipment of your item(s) after this period will result in the item(s) being disposed of or resold. No refund will be given.
V. Shipment
- No rush shipping.
- Shipping will be scheduled every Saturday. The cut off for shipping request will be every Wednesday 8 PM, unless otherwise stated.
- Same-day delivery (SDD) is available only within the Laoag City area. The courier must be booked and paid for by the buyer. Please message beforehand for availability.
- All fees - including remaining balance, packaging fee, shipping fee, and late payment fee must be settled before I ship your item (s).
- Shipping and packaging fee must be settled by Friday at 8 PM to be included in that week's shipment.
- I will not ship your item(s) if you have any unpaid orders, regardless of payments made.
- Photo proof will be provided before packing and shipping your item(s).
VI. Shipment Responsibility & Refund Policy
- In case of missing item(s), a clear, unedited unboxing video is required for refund purposes. No unboxing video means no refund. If it is proven that item(s) are missing, the refund amount will be 50% of the value of the missing item(s).
- I will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or other shipping and handling issues once the item(s) have been turned over to the respective courier.
- For return-to-seller item(s), the buyer will shoulder any fees incurred as well as the reshipment fee.
- Item(s) that reach the 1-month storage limit will be automatically disposed of or resold with no refund given.
- Order(s) will be automatically cancelled if the buyer fails to settle remaining balance and LPF within three days after the DOP. The down payment will not be refunded.
